Enterprise Dashboard Subscription

Annual Subscription - No Refunds

The Enterprise Dashboard is billed as an annual subscription. Once purchased, the annual fee is non-refundable. This allows us to maintain the service and provide continuous support throughout the year.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the following year:

  • Cancellations prevent your subscription from auto-renewing next year
  • You'll retain full access to the dashboard until the end of your current paid year
  • No refund is provided for the remaining time in your annual period
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time before it expires

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

To stop your subscription from automatically renewing next year:

  1. Log into your Enterprise Dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Auto-Renewal" and confirm
  4. You'll receive a confirmation email
  5. You'll keep access until your current year ends

Special Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., business closure, technical issues preventing use), please contact us at info@ohohsafety.com. We'll review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

Training Course Bookings

Full Refund (More than 7 days before course)

Cancel your booking more than 7 days before the scheduled course date for a full refund or free transfer to another date.

50% Refund (3-7 days before course)

Cancel 3-7 days before the course date to receive a 50% refund, or transfer to another date for a £25 administration fee per person.

No Refund (Less than 3 days)

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course are non-refundable. However, you may transfer to another date for a £50 administration fee per person (subject to availability).

No-Shows

If you fail to attend your booked course without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Course Cancellation by OhOh! Safety

If we need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You'll be offered a full refund or free transfer to another date
  • We'll notify you at least 48 hours in advance when possible
  • In emergencies, we'll contact you immediately with options

How to Request Cancellation or Transfer

Email us at info@ohohsafety.com with:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Full name(s) of attendee(s)
  • Course name and date
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)
  • For transfers: your preferred alternative date

Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once processed
  • Bank Processing: Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit your account

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from accessing a training course:

  • Contact us immediately during the course via info@ohohsafety.com or phone
  • We'll attempt to resolve the issue or provide alternative access
  • If unresolved, we'll offer a free transfer to the next available date

Medical or Emergency Reasons

We understand emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend due to medical or emergency reasons. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include:

  • Free transfer to another date (with supporting documentation)
  • Partial refund consideration on a case-by-case basis
  • Course credit for future bookings

Bulk Bookings

For bulk training bookings (5+ people):

  • Custom cancellation terms may apply - discuss with our team when booking
  • Individual attendees can be substituted free of charge up to 24 hours before the course
  • Contact us for bulk booking terms and conditions

Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge or refund:

  1. Contact us first at info@ohohsafety.com
  2. We'll investigate and respond within 2 business days
  3. Most issues are resolved quickly through direct communication
  4. If you've initiated a chargeback, please contact us - we may be able to resolve the issue faster
