Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using OhOh ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of OhOh for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the App
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Acceptable Use

You agree to use OhOh only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload false or misleading safety reports
• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

Safety Data and Reports

You retain ownership of all safety data, reports, and content you create using OhOh. However, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service
• Generate anonymous analytics to improve the App
• Comply with legal requirements and safety regulations

Disclaimer

The information in OhOh is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this App
• Does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of safety reports
• Is not responsible for decisions made based on App data
• Does not replace professional safety consultation

Limitations

In no event shall OhOh or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use OhOh, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
