Inspection Expectation
OhOh! Ltd (OhOh Safety) lets you delete your Inspection Expectation account and the app data we hold for it (Android package com.inspectionexpectation.mobile). This page is the public account-deletion URL for Google Play.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Inspection Expectation and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account, confirm your identity if asked, and confirm.
That deletes the Inspection account and the app data we hold for it. On that device it also clears local data stored for the account.
Without the app
Email info@ohohsafety.com from the address on your Inspection account. Put “Inspection Expectation account deletion” in the subject. Include the email used to sign in. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account identity (email / sign-in)
- Cloud records and files stored for that Inspection account
- Personal information associated with the account
- Local app data on the device that ran Delete account
What is not deleted here
Subscription billing is managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel in the store account settings if you no longer want a paid plan. Copies you already emailed or saved are outside our control.
Google Play, Apple, Firebase, Crashlytics, and RevenueCat (if used) may keep records under their own policies. Crash reports may remain with Firebase Crashlytics for a limited time.
