How do I download the mobile app?
The OhOh Safety Reporter app will be available on both iOS App Store and Google Play Store. Currently in development — contact us for early access.
Is the mobile app really free?
Yes. The mobile Safety Reporter app is completely free. You can create unlimited reports, add photos, export PDFs, and use all core features at no cost.
What's included in the enterprise dashboard?
The enterprise dashboard includes team management, real-time analytics, progress tracking, company codes, advanced reporting, and centralised incident management.
How does pricing work?
We have tiered pricing based on team size: £249/month for up to 25 users, £499/month for up to 100 users, £899/month for up to 250 users, and custom pricing for unlimited users.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we offer 2 months free when you pay annually. Contact us for annual pricing details.
What happens after I purchase?
After purchase, you'll be guided through a simple setup process to create your company account and receive your company code. Your team can then use this code in the mobile app to connect to your dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
The mobile app itself is our free trial. Download it, test all features, and when you're ready for team management and analytics, upgrade to the enterprise dashboard.
What support do you provide?
We provide email support for all plans, with priority support for enterprise customers. Larger plans include dedicated account management and training.
How do I create my first safety report?
Open the OhOh app and tap 'New Report'. Select the type of incident or hazard, fill in the location and description, add photos if relevant, then submit.
Can I edit a report after submitting it?
Yes. You can edit reports within 24 hours of submission. After that, reports are locked to maintain data integrity. Contact your safety administrator for changes to older reports.
Who can see my safety reports?
Only authorised personnel in your organisation can view your reports — typically safety managers, supervisors, and HR. Your personal information is protected under our privacy policy.
Can I use OhOh offline?
Yes. OhOh works offline and automatically syncs your reports when you reconnect to the internet.
How do I reset my password?
Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and enter your email. We'll send a secure reset link that expires after 1 hour.
