How does pricing work?

We have tiered pricing based on team size: £249/month for up to 25 users, £499/month for up to 100 users, £899/month for up to 250 users, and custom pricing for unlimited users.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, we offer 2 months free when you pay annually. Contact us for annual pricing details.

What happens after I purchase?

After purchase, you'll be guided through a simple setup process to create your company account and receive your company code. Your team can then use this code in the mobile app to connect to your dashboard.

Creating a safety report is simple:

  1. Open the OhOh app and tap the "New Report" button
  2. Select the type of incident or hazard you're reporting
  3. Fill in the location, time, and description details
  4. Add photos or videos if relevant
  5. Submit the report to your safety team

Can I edit a report after submitting it?

Yes! You can edit your reports within 24 hours of submission. After that, reports are locked to maintain data integrity. Contact your safety administrator if you need to make changes to older reports.

Who can see my safety reports?

Only authorized personnel in your organization can view your reports. This typically includes safety managers, supervisors, and HR personnel. Your personal information is always protected according to our privacy policy.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter your email address and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 1 hour for security.

Can I use OhOh offline?

Yes! OhOh works offline and will automatically sync your reports when you reconnect to the internet. This ensures you can always document safety issues, even in areas with poor connectivity.
