We do NOT receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or financial account information. All payment processing is handled by Google Play.

4.1 Where Your Data Is Stored

Local Storage:

Your PAT test data is primarily stored locally on your device using secure local database storage. This means your data remains on your device and is accessible even without an internet connection.

Cloud Storage (Optional):

If you enable cloud backup or use sync features, your data is stored on Google Firebase servers. Firebase data centers are located in:

  • United States
  • European Union (for EU users where applicable)

Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.2+ encryption
  • Encryption at Rest: Data stored in Firebase is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption

Active Accounts:

Test Records:

Your PAT test records are retained indefinitely while your account is active, as these are important compliance documents.

Deleted Accounts:

Upon account deletion request:

  • Personal account information is deleted within 30 days
  • Test records in cloud storage are deleted within 30 days
  • Local data on your device is deleted immediately when you uninstall the app
  • Backup data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being purged
  • Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely

We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.


5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Within the app, you can:
