TreeSafe
OhOh! Ltd (OhOh Safety) lets you delete your TreeSafe account and the app data we hold for it. This page is the public account-deletion URL for Google Play.
In the app (fastest)
- Open TreeSafe and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, confirm your identity if asked, and confirm.
That deletes your Firebase login, cloud documents (including photos stored with them), the monthly usage counter, and the public quote, invoice, and site-visit links created from that account. On that device it also clears the local database, photos, logos, and exported PDFs.
Without the app
Email info@ohohsafety.com from the address on your TreeSafe account. Put “TreeSafe account deletion” in the subject. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account identity (email / Google / Apple)
- Documents, site visits, quotes, invoices, checklists, method statements
- Photos, logos, and signatures stored for the account
- Company settings
- Public quote, invoice, and site-visit snapshots (client name, address, and invoice bank details on those links)
- The monthly free-tier usage counter
What is not deleted here
Subscription billing is managed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel in the store account settings if you no longer want TreeSafe Pro. Copies you already emailed or saved (PDFs, WhatsApp messages) are outside our control. Crash reports may remain with Firebase Crashlytics for a limited time.
