ConstructionSafe
OhOh! Ltd (OhOh Safety) lets you delete your ConstructionSafe account and the app data we hold for it (Android package com.ohohsafety.constructionsafe). This page is the public account-deletion URL for store listings.
In the app (fastest)
- Open ConstructionSafe and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, confirm your identity if asked, and confirm.
That removes the Firebase login. Email us as well if you need the Firestore documents and AI usage counters under that account deleted. On that device, local app data for the account is cleared.
Without the app
Email info@ohohsafety.com from the address on your ConstructionSafe account. Put “ConstructionSafe account deletion” in the subject. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account identity (Google / Apple / guest)
- Risk assessments, RAMS, and other job documents we hold in Firestore
- AI usage and document counters
- Photos, logos, and settings stored for the account
- Local app data on the device that ran Delete account
What is not deleted here
Subscription billing is managed by Google Play or the App Store if you bought a plan there. Cancel in the store account settings if you no longer want a paid plan. Copies you already emailed or saved are outside our control. Crash reports may remain with Firebase Crashlytics for a limited time, where Crashlytics is used.
Anthropic may keep API logs under its own terms for the job details sent during AI drafting.
