Safety Reporter
OhOh! Ltd (OhOh Safety) lets you delete your Safety Reporter account and the app data we hold for it. This page is the public account-deletion URL for store listings.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Safety Reporter or the web dashboard and sign in.
- Use the account or settings area to request deletion if that control is shown.
- If you cannot find it, use the email route below.
Where in-app deletion is available, it removes the account and the reports we hold for it. Email us if you need us to confirm that cloud records are gone.
Without the app
Email info@ohohsafety.com from the address on your Safety Reporter account. Put “Safety Reporter account deletion” in the subject. We process requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account identity
- Hazard, accident, and near-miss reports stored for the account
- Photos and notes attached to those reports
- Local app data on a device that ran Delete account, where that control exists
What is not deleted here
Subscription billing is managed by Google Play or the App Store if you bought a plan there. Cancel in the store account settings if you no longer want a paid plan. Copies you already emailed or saved are outside our control. Crash reports may remain with Firebase Crashlytics for a limited time, where Crashlytics is used.
If you paid through a store, cancel the subscription in that store.
