OhOh! Ltd (OhOh Safety) is the data controller for Safety Reporter. This policy explains what we collect, who receives it, and how to delete it. It applies to Safety Reporter, not to other OhOh Safety products.

2. Information we collect
Account
- Name, email, company, and job title you give us when you create an account
Reports you create
- Hazard, accident, and near-miss reports
- Photos, notes, and other documents you attach
- Location data, only when you permit it
Usage
- App usage, device information, and IP address
3. How we use the information
- Provide Safety Reporter, including the web dashboard used to triage and close reports
- Keep an exportable history for audits and client questions
- Communicate with you about the account
- Provide customer support
4. Who receives data
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers who run the product, or where the law requires it.
5. Your rights (UK GDPR)
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict processing where the law allows. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
To delete your account, follow account deletion or email info@ohohsafety.com.
6. Retention
We keep your data while the account is active. When you delete the account we remove the reports and files we hold for it, unless the law requires us to keep them.
7. Children
Safety Reporter is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is this page.
